Nighttime Habits That May Be Drying Out Your Mouth


A dry mouth in the morning could be connected to what you do the night before. Here are a few habits that might be making it worse:
  • Drinking alcohol before bed
  • Using mouthwash with alcohol
  • Sleeping in a dry environment
  • Not drinking enough water during the day
Try swapping to an alcohol-free mouthwash, running a humidifier, and drinking water consistently throughout the day.
